Mineral and Lapidary Museum The below photo is of two Mesosaurs from Brazil. We also have several species of Wyoming fossil fish, which are entombed in sedimentary rock displayed here. Their remains date from 57,000,000 to 38,000,000 years ago. Our specimens from the Green River Formation were found in the general area where the states of Wyoming, Utah and Colorado meet.
