Visitors of all ages are encouraged to come and see the many other interesting exhibits of minerals, gems, geodes, and fossils.

Scheduled Events

Celebrating The Museum's 10th Anniversary
Anyone at the museum on Saturday, Dec.1 (there is a parade downtown in the AM)
Each kid will receive a mineral.
There will be an adult giveaway for half of a trancas geode, with two drawings per hour.
Hot cider and cookies.

The Mineral and Lapidary Museum, located at 400 N. Main St in downtown Hendersonville, is open to the public free of charge, Monday - Friday 1:00 - 5:00 pm, and Saturday, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.
